DO YOU WORK WITH BEGINNERS?  

Yes! Everyone starts somewhere in their health and fitness journey. We LOVE the opportunity to teach out clients positive habits from the get go! What we teach our clients are things they can utilize long after their coaching program is complete!

HOW SOON CAN I GET STARTED?

As soon as you are ready! If you have any trips or vacations coming up, it may be an option to start after. If you want to start before a trip your coach can help prepare you for success while enjoying!

I'VE NEVER TRACKED MACROS, CAN YOU TEACH ME?

Absolutely! Macros is our favorite way of going about nutrition and making progress. We teach that no food is 'off limits' or restricted, but to enjoy in moderation. Macros provide flexibility and long term sustainability.  We do offer meal plans as well.

WILL I NEED TO JOIN A GYM?

Nope! We can write home based plans for clients. We also have a helpful list of products to make the most out of your workouts! If you do have goals of competing, a gym is strongly recommended though!

I'M PREGNANT OR PLANNING TO GET PREGNANT SOON, CAN I STILL WORK WITH YOU?

YES! Calysta is a Registered Nurse and has worked with many pregnant clients. Due to her active RN licenses she is able to construct plans around what your physician recommends, can review lab work (but not treat), and help you have a healthy and successful pregnancy!

HOW QUICKLY DO I GET MY PLAN AFTER SIGNING UP?

Your completed, custom plan is delivered to your within 48 hours of all necessary submitted information!

I'VE NEVER COMPETED BEFORE, CAN I WORK WITH YOU?

Yes! Calysta is our competition prep coach and she works with many new competitors. We will have you work through lifestyle coaching initially to best prepare you overall for prep! Keeping our clients healthy during prep is a priority along with their success! All our competitors are 100% natural athletes as well.

HOW MUCH CARDIO DO I NEED TO DO?

This will vary by client and also if you're a lifestyle client or competitor, but we start low and only adjust as needed. We primarily utilize low intensity cardio and steps. Cardio is a tool to be used, not abused!
